ATV / Quad Bike

Used as an OEM part by several ATV manufacturers including CCM, TGB and Quadzilla, the QUADTECH-ACEWELL ACE-3990 & ACE-3992 speedos are a perfect when you need speed and tachometer information for your quad.

Accepted by VOSA the fully backlit computers will allow your quad to pass the MSVA test, and provide all the information you'd ever need when riding your quad bike.

We've designed 2 models of speedometer specifically for quads.

Both speedometers have readouts for speed, revs, temperature and volts.
They also have a clock, riding timer, hour meter, odometer and trip meter.
Warning lamps comprise of

  • Indicators (turn signal)
  • Sidelights & Main beam
  • Neutral, water over temp, Reverse
  • Engine Management (ACE-3990) or Oil pressure (ACE-3992)
A speed sensor is also included.

These speedometers fit all road legal quads.

We use the unit on our DS450, DS650, LTZ400, LTR450, YFZ450, Raptor 660 & 700, 400EX, 450R, Predator and Outlaw conversions.

The speedo provides all the warning lamps you need for road legality, and additionally replaces the stock warning lamps.

With an optional wiring harness, ACE-3990B can connect directly to the yamaha Raptor 700R (2006-8) and 2009-> YFZ450 gearbox speed outputs.

We can also supply all the parts you need and complete kits to get your quad bike or ATV through the VOSA MSVA test, so that you can register it PLG.
